Environmentalists are often accused of being sour, dour, without humor and a generally grouchy lot. Well if the Delta Chapter's resident jester is any indication, then that characterization is very far from the truth. As long as there are folks like Earl Higgins around, we have nothing to worry about.
Earl's Pearls is a fairly regular feature of the Delta Sierran newsletter. And it has been running for a long time. As you can see below, we have many gaps in our Earl's Pearls archive.
